The aim of education is to teach us how to think--not what to think.
The classes, workshops, and discussions here at Nature’s Way open our minds to all the possibilities. Starting our 48th year, we continue to teach by not teaching. Sometimes the students’ intuitive progress comes out and into the tree’s composition. In Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, a young girl enters a dream world in which the everyday suddenly becomes weird-- social and scientific rules no longer apply. Since bonsai is a combination of art, science, and horticulture; it is by letting go of our restrictive thoughts that more art can emerge. Being trapped in how it’s been done for so long can only put art to the wayside. Here at Nature’s Way Nursery, let’s explore new ways of learning. Our guest artists are great teachers as well as creatives. Come join us in all the possibilities!

Class Registration
Classes are limited and will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. Most classes fill up, so your early response is recommended.
