Create your own two level display stand with Mahogany or Walnut with a Dark Rosewood finish— Bottom: 31in x 8.5in x 12in (LWH), Top: 11in x 8.5in (LW) -OR- 22in x 6in x 9in (LWH). David is arguably America’s BEST display table artists. Materials are prepared in advance for you to finish in the allotted time. Class size is limited to six students. Choice of Material will be determined via lottery day of class.

The stands and tables will be pre-finished. Participants will be assembling them and taking home a piece of a quality that can be used in the highest level exhibitions. They can be used to display a variety of objects, bonsai, viewing stones, or kusamono. David will begin the workshop with a short description of how they were produced to get them ready for the assembly process.
Participants will be given a choice on a first to register basis. The stands and tables vary in style, type of wood, size, details, and color tone. Please read the descriptions carefully.

There are two versions available. Both have carved pseudo bamboo posts and edging on the shelves.
Version 1 — (31” x 8.5” x 12”) high. The top shelf is (11” x 8.5”). These can be used to display full size shohin or slightly larger bonsai. There are four available:
• Two are genuine Mahogany with a dark finish (as pictured).
• Two are Walnut with a dark rosewood finish.

Version 2 — (22” x 6” x 9” ) high It is identical in design to the one pictured but a smaller size good to display small shohin or mame bonsai. There are two available:
• One is genuine mahogany with a dark finish.
• One is Nicaraguan rosewood, a beautiful, highly figured dark brown wood .
